Business Standard, a respectable financial magazine published an article on the film's performance and its findings stunned all. According to its trade report 'Gabbar Singh' grossed over Rs 128 Crs 75 lakhs across the world by June 1st. The 30 crore budget film was released across the world in 2,857 theaters becoming the widest distributed tollywood film. The film's original Dabaang grossed Rs 173 crs becoming top five all time super hits in bollywood but Gabbar Singh touched 128 crs in just three weeks of its release. Prince Mahesh's 'Dookudu' collected Rs 83.15 crs in three weeks releasing in 2011, while Ram Charan's Magadheera collected 90 crs in 2009. Now As per Business Standard report, Gabbar Singh is on its way showing tollywood's power creating sensational records proving Power star Pawan Kalyan as 'King of Tollywood'.
