One Month of Gabbar Singh = 3 Months of Dookudu

Power Star’s Gabbar Singh is undoubtedly one of the biggest hits in the Telugu Film Industry. Gabbar Singh has been doing wonders at the box office from day 1. It has been on a record breaking spree. The film has collected a theatrical share close of Rs. 68 crore (approx) in its one month  run. In few areas Gabbar Singh is setting new benchmarks.

 

 

In Bhimavaram, a town in West Godavari,Gabbar Singh collected over 1 crore gross in 28 days. Previous record was held by Dookudu which grossed a crore for 110 days run. This is just an example forGabbar Singh’s dominance at the box office.

 

Gabbar Singh collected over Rs. 17 crores in Nizam, Rs. 5 crores in Uttarandhra, 8.5 crores in Ceded regions making it the second biggest in those territories after Magadheera. Collections in East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur are also records.
